Linderman Creek is a multi generational housing complex. We offer a fitness center, a computer room with high speed internet access, laundry rooms and great rooms all of which are available for resident use. There are two playgrounds for the young, walking trails for the fit and sitting rooms with cable TV for every one. We have community gatherings which include holiday parties, Senior lunches, after school tutoring, and creek stomping in the summer. The hills are great for sledding. We are developing a community vegetable garden, a meditation garden and perennial gardens. We are federally funded and there are income maximums and guidelines we need to adhere to. Careful screening is conducted by the leasing office, so you know that we know who your neighbors are.
