We are located on 79W just a
mile from the Bridges. The T-Cat bus route stops right in our main drive.

These 56 units were build in 2000. These units feature our
lowest rents and include the heating expense. There is a club house here
with a laundry room and great room. The playground has swings, a
sandbox, and rocking horses. Each unit is fresh and has a modern kitchen
with a garbage disposal. There is an entrance door area as well as a
patio or balcony. The views of Ithaca are glorious. The wooded
lot includes rolling lawns, mature trees and our creek. Residents are
encouraged to garden and many have turned out some fantastic flower beds.

Was built in 2003. Upstairs living includes a balcony and
main level wheel chair adaptable units have a patio. There is a huge
club house which holds the leasing office, a laundry room, a fitness center,
and computer room. The maintenance shop is here as well. Our
maintenance staff are available for emergencies 24/7. A
wonderful playground with sandbox, climbing structure, and slide are
connected to our covered patio. Out door parties welcome.

Was build in 2004. There are 24 luxury units that sit highest
on the hill. Sites of collegiate hill and Ithaca lights are only paled
when IC shoots off their 4th of July fireworks. These units include central
air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a microwave. You pay your own
utilities here, however, you get to control the heat.
